For me, the best words to describe Leslye as an agent and as a person were polished professional yet, down to earth person. I have bought and sold many houses but this house had a tricky layout and a funky spiral staircase. We didnt get the house ready until Fall, which is the second worse selling season. It had been a rental for 11 years so although there were upgrades done to it during its life, there was still a lot of deferred maintenance and clean up to do. If it didn't all get done on schedule Leslye actually pitched in multiple times and got dirty herself as well as taking care of filings and arranging for contractors for repair items and cleanup- I guess I expected a real pro to have references ,but I didnt expect her to arrange to meet contractors and to actually get her hands dirty. I felt like I had a partner in this journey and I needed one. She also kept her cool when there were delays and was always straightforward but respectful. She used that same grace and veteran knowledge of real estate and relationships with potential buyers and agents. Leslye sold my house on Fox Island for a good price in a normal amount of time for the Fall market on Fox Island, which is not an easy thing to do.
