Stevie was amazing to work with! All of our communication was from across the country as she helped us to tour homes and make the purchase from a distance. She was super responsive to our questions and very knowledgeable. She followed up on all the little details and made sure that things were proceeding on schedule. Her predictions on the sale price of the homes we were looking at were spot on. I really appreciated all the work she went into to make sure that our move-in and signing worked seamlessly. I have nothing but good things to say about Stevie.

Stevie helped us through a very difficult time. We had to move our mother to a care facility and we needed to sell her house in order to care for her. Stevie gave us great advice on getting the house ready to sell and also helped us price the house for a quick sale. We had 4 offers on the house the first day it went on the market and were able to sell the house for above asking price with a quick close. I highly recommend Stevie.
