I have lived my entire life in the Montrose area and across the beautiful Western Slope of Colorado. My roots run deep in our local agricultural community, where I spent many years active in the farming and ranching business. For the past 30 years, I have channeled that firsthand knowledge into local real estate. This background gives me a unique, specialized understanding of our local properties—including extensive experience navigating complex water and irrigation rights, which is vital in our region. We live in a truly remarkable area where natural beauty and recreational opportunities abound. Growing up, some of my favorite memories were of my granddad taking me fishing in our local lakes and streams. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for the outdoors; when I am not helping clients, you can usually find me fishing, bicycling, photographing our stunning landscapes, hunting for wild mushrooms in the mountains, or sightseeing.
