Steven helped us prepare our property for sale, priced it in the right range, and sold it in a matter of days. He was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the market helped us in preparation and listing. He helped us in negotiating the best price. He was very quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend him.
Steve was very diligent and informative throughout the selling process and working with the other agents even when the 1st buyer backed out for seemingly no real reason. He made suggestions and possible scenarios for the next offer. He coached us on how to proceed and kept us informed of all the processes going on in the sale, escrow and other agent methods , communicating our concerns and wishes. All in all it was a good experience due to Steve's help
