Lauren and Steven truly made our home sale possible. We were reluctant to list our home during the COVID-19 pandemic however with the Warneke Team’s attention to detail we were under contract (over asking price) within 2 weeks! They arranged professional photos including a virtual tour that allowed hundreds of house hunters to easily view our home online, followed by many in person, private showings. My husband and I contacted Lauren and Steven to help us find our first home when I was six months pregnant and we realized our tiny apartment would feel even smaller with our new addition. We wanted to move quick, and they went straight to work. From our initial contact, they were warm and responsive, and we felt like we were working with two old friends. Every time we asked to view a home, they scheduled the showing promptly and provided great insight about neighborhoods and the home itself. We went under contract on a home that turned out to need extensive repairs and they were with us every step of the way. After that ordeal, we set our sights on a completely different area of Tampa from where we were originally looking, and they didn’t miss a beat. We found our dream home quickly and they worked with the sellers to secure a pre-occupancy lease so we were able to move in before closing. We brought our baby girl home to our new home when we were discharged from the hospital, which was very special to us.
