Steve is easily the most accomplished Real Estate Agent I've ever dealt with and trust me I've been around a long time. My Mother-law passed, and my wife was tasked with selling her farmhouse along with 20 plus acres of land. Unfortunately, we live 600 miles away from the farm. The farmhouse was built in the 1840's and was in dire need of a major face lift before it could be put on the market. While my wife organized much of the clean-up that took place, it was Steve who gave us solid recommendations to follow. He acted as our eyes and ears on the ground. He was judicious in his recommendations and often advised against spending money on certain repairs or painting certain areas or on large scale tree removal as he felt it would simply be wasted money. We got a large number of viewings during the first week the property was listed, and we received an offer that we accepted about 9 days after it was listed. Steve knew the market in intimate detail. He guided us to a good list price and took care of countless details that we were unable to handle from afar. More importantly Steve has the perfect blend of professionalism and empathy. Simply put, he is a good and caring person. There is a lot of memories and emotion involved in selling a home that had been in the family for more than 50 years. He always knew what to say or how to act whenever any of the family members needed emotional support. He truly cares. I can't endorse him enough.
