Diligent and very friendly.
Steve actually became a friend over 4-5 years working as a rental agent, and then did a superb job in marketing and closing the sale of ta very dated unit. He went the extra mile for absentee owners, taking videos of contents for the family to review, staging the unit, being on-site for needed work, and negotiating powerfully to get within 5% of the asking price.
