Steve was on time for all of our meetings, answered my questions, negotiated what seems to have been a good price for my condo for which there were multiple offers, and even persuaded the seller not to remove its refrigerator, as he had required me to allow him to do.
He has restored my faith in Real Estate agents. I thought of them as glorified "used car salesmen". Steven went OVER AND BEYOND. He was involved in every step confronting and dealing with issues before I even had a chance to bring them to his attention. He would simply say, "I know, caught that and it has already been resolved." Post purchase and closure of the sale he has remained involved with the Home Warranty issues and termite matters that came up and resolved them all. My kids now call him Uncle Steven. That should speak for itself. Thank you Steven...Uncle Steven.
