Steven Simonetti

I have had two occasions to work with Steve Simonetti. He coordinated the sale of my wife's condo in El Segundo and our purchase of a home in Mission Viejo in 2009. He also supervised the sale of my brother-in-law's Westchester home and a condo purchase in Mission Viejo in 2017. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of real estate issues and concerns. He was invaluable in navigating the often tricky bidding process and the varied issues that can arise during the escrow process. Regarding the escrow process, he used the services of Peninsula Escrow for both of our sales and this team of pros was invaluable in resolving issues that arose with a buyer.
