In the end Steve negotiated my buyer to agree to my asking price even though the appraisal came in 5K less. Steve helped me in fixing up my place to get full value out of it. He knew exactly what to do every step of the way. He was always one phone call away! Very knowledgeable and assertive to get the right things done. I’ve made a friend out of the deal and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Thanks Steve!! You rock man!!
