From the beginning Steven Rey made our search for a new home a stress free process. His deep knowledge of real estate in general, and intimate knowledge of the areas we were interested in, inspired confidence that we had found the right person in our search for a new home. He asked us what we were looking for in our ideal home. His wonderful demeanor allowed us to open up about our needs and wants for our new home. After taking thorough notes, he went to work. Within days he had found dozens of homes that covered our list. We scheduled several trips to visit the homes, during which Steven was able to help us focus our list to a core set of features we needed. We found several homes that fit our needs and desires. Steven worked with the sellers, arranging viewings on schedules that worked for our availability. His efforts in this area cannot be stressed enough. His excellent people skills, shined and we were able to visit these homes despite my demanding work schedule. We ultimately found a house which checked all our boxes and Steven was amazing in his ability to convey our bid for the property. During the bidding, and through closing, his advice and support was invaluable. He was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgable.
