Fantastic Experience

Our experience with Steve and Kris was perfect. As a younger couple we needed a lot of support, and they did a fantastic job ensuring we were prepared for every step in the process. They were understanding, professional, and there was never a doubt in my mind that they had our best interests at heart. When it came time to start looking for a house their experience was a huge asset. We quickly gained an understanding of the different areas and their trade-offs. Steve and Kris quickly understood our priorities and coupled them with our newfound understanding of our options. From there, they saved us a tremendous amount of time by filtering through hundreds of listings to show us the ones they thought fit best. I felt like they took the time to understand what we liked and did a fantastic job curating the listings they showed us. When we found the house of our dreams they did a great job walking us through the process and got us a great deal. We needed a lot explained to us as we went through the offer and escrow phases; they were always available to walk us through anything we had questions about. We're now happily settled, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Steve and Kris to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the greater Sacramento region and beyond.
