Steve did an incredible job from reviewing the home prior to listing and offering helpful tips right thru making the closing easy and stress free. He was on point from multiple showings daily, to checking up with the family and keeping us appraised of reviews from the showings. As we had never sold a home before, his knowledge of the market was invaluable. Also, this was our family homestead, and Steve handled all proceedings with compassion and grace, which was greatly appreciated in this difficult time. I would not only greatly recommend his services, but he will be in fact the only realtor I promote. From all three of us, thank you Steve for a job well done.
