Steve is phenomenal! I originally used a website to find an agent to sell my house and he came up as the #1 agent. And now I know why! Steve didn’t come up #1 by coincidence. Steve did everything he said he would. He didn’t just list my house, he spent the necessary money to make sure that my listing had top placement on a multitude of sites. He paid a professional photographer to take pictures of my home and put 30 pictures on every site. Steve is aggressive and knows the ins and outs of the market and came up with a price and strategy that worked. Needless to say, my home sold quickly and for good money. When I look at some of the listings by some of the other agents I just have to shake my head. The agent you choose can make all the difference in the world. Steve helped us to sell my in-laws house after their passing. That was 4 years ago and the house sold in a weekend with 2 offers. So when my uncle passed away we contacted him.
