Steve was well versed in the market at the time we were selling our home. He communicated well throughout the process being very proactive and patient the entire time. We were met with the utmost professionalism while at the same time being cared for and incredibly mindful of our needs, concerns, and questions, getting back to us in a very timely and courteous way.
When I put my house on the market in 2020, I had renters who’d come to the end of their lease. Not only did they refuse to move out, they refused to pay their rent. Steve stood by my side for an entire year helping me in the best way he could to make it right for me. Not only did he eventually find a buyer willing to buy it with the renters in place, he told the buyers the whole truth about the renter difficulties and STILL managed to sell it for $100,000 more than I’d originally asked. He is tenacious, patient, kind, and kept a great sense of humor through the whole thing. He is moral, honest, and unwilling to stoop to the levels others operate at, while still managing to do his job in a way everyone can be proud of on the final day escrow closes. I’d recommend him to everyone.
