It's really is a big commitment to purchase and sell! And for me it was a little overwhelming. I can't think of anyone else I would have felt comfortable with helping me along the way. I already had a bad experience with the last agent and my home sat over 100 days. Knowing Steven was guiding me through it all really made me feel confident it was going to be a success. I have friends in real estate and I can't say I felt comfortable enough to give them my business. I chose to work with a Certified Professional since the first agent I worked with was not.
