Steven and his staff are consummate professionals--knowledgeable and great communicators.

This was a sale/purchase during COVID-19 which made it very strange--but Steven just got it right on both ends. He read the markets which were unusual very effectively.

Fantastic realtor and home buying confidant

My husband and I were referred to Steven 3.5 years ago when we purchased our Belmont Heights condo. With a baby on the way we decided it was time to upgrade to a single family home this year. Steven helped us throughout both sales, and during what proved to be a competitive buyers market this year. Couldn’t recommend enough.
