Steven is the best agent we have worked with. He checks all the real estate boxes - knows the area, looks for important things that we didn’t think about, he was willing to take us all over the Triad. We never felt silly asking questions. When it came time for us to write an offer and negotiate, he gave us his thoughts and then went with exactly what we asked. (BTW we were under contract on our third day in town!)
