Steven is an amazing agent! After several dissapointing attempts with other agents, I grew skeptical that there would ever be an agent in the Charlottesville area willing to dedicate their time to our search for a home inside our less than impressive budget. However, Steven proved me wrong. Within minutes after contacting his office one evening, he drove well over 40 miles, during a hurricane, to show us a home! The kicker- the power wasn’t even on! He made the best of the situation and stuck by us after that! Not long after we discovered the perfect house! Steven was prepared within the day to show us our now home, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we could have asked! Steven made the entire process incredibly smooth and reassuring. I would suggest to anyone who’s looking for an agent that they do themselves a favor and hire Steven Martin right away! Steven is an all around great guy, with a terrific personality and is completely passionate about real estate!
