My fiancee and I worked with Steve and Holly Markley to find out first home together. We knew it was going to be tough in this market and needed someone great on our side. Steve and Holly are AMAZING. Steve knows so much about homeownership, building materials, construction, other companies, etc. Over the few months we worked together we gladly put our trust in him to find us a great property, within our price range, that we knew wouldn't have a ton of issues down the road. When it came to negotiating and submitting offers he handled everything and we know it was done correctly and in a professional way. I'd recommend Steve and Holly as a buyers agent to anyone who asked. They were amazing!

Steve and Holly went above and beyond to help us to sell our condo. We live out of state and they took care of everything, so we didn't even have to fly up to Madison. Our property was rented out and they made sure that the whole place was in an amazing shape to be listed. Steve and Holly kept in touch with us all the time, filling us in on all the changes or just giving us on update on where things are standing.During the whole process I knew that they are taking care of the property as if it was their own. I don't think the 5 stars reflect the amazing service they give to not only to their clients but their community also!

Steve and Holly are a very knowledgeable and experienced team. They are easy to reach and give honest input and feedback. They don't say things just to make a sale, they truly want to find something that works for they buyer. Our family has used them exclusively for decades!
