Steve is very friend and knowledgable when it comes to finding homes. He worked with us over several weeks while we looked through a large list of properties. He listened to what things we liked and what we were looking for and found a lot of great properties. When we found the house that we wanted as out home he told us what to look out for and helped us negotiate a good price. After we moved in Steve has followed up with us and remained a friend.
