Steven helped my wife and I sell our home. It was a difficult sell in that the home was unique for the area. Steven was constantly working to increase traffic to the home and when we finally had offers, he helped us navigate through the negotiations with ease. Any time we had questions about what we could or couldn't do, he was able to explain the process and our options in a way that made us comfortable in what was a stressful time. He even keeps in touch, over a year later in our new home, to provide us any assistance we may have. Absolutely wonderful realtor who always had our back.

Steven is a phenomenal guy to work with! My wife and I knew where we wanted to buy and what we wanted in a house but the house we wanted was already in contract. Steven gave us a list based on the house we saw and nailed it in the first round. He set up a walk through within 48 hours and helped us get the contract signed within a couple days! At the time, we were not happy with our lender so Steven went out of his way to put us in contact with someone else who got the deal closed within 12 days of us switching! Steven was there every step of the way and answered all of the questions we had. In every way he went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our house!

Always available by phone, email, and text. Worked with my schedule so I could see the houses we both liked. They kept in mind my budget and looked into the houses background's and what it would cost me to live in the house. Closing was a breeze on my end, compared to the horror stories I've heard. I looked at a whole lot of houses before I found the right one, but I never felt pressured to settle or to stop looking. I knew everyone had my best interest and future in mind and that I was in extremely capable hands. I love my home now and I appreciate all the people that helped me through the home buying process!

Steven was the key to making buying and selling a relatively painless process. He sold our home in about a week for over our list price and then found us the perfect home.
