My entire home buying experience had to be conducted from a distance, and Steve was excellent through the entire process. He was very prompt about accessing the properties I was interested in seeing, and he created detailed videos of the interior and exterior of each property. He was great about staying in touch with me through frequent phone calls, texts, and emails, and he facilitated my requests to have a family member tour the properties. Once I chose a property to purchase, Steve handled the negotiations quickly and professionally. He helped me save money on the purchase price and closing costs, and the documents he emailed to me were easy to sign electronically.
