I've used Steve's services over the years for buying and selling multiple properties. He looks at the "bones" of the house and provides honest, relevant feedback. He sees beyond the staging, and his background helps him to identify any issues that might have been incorrectly fixed/addressed by previous homeowners or tenants. During this sale, I had an issue with the sewer line 2 days before close. Steve provided direction on how to handle this with the plumbing company who had resolved a prior issue one year before by installing and connecting new pipe from the house to the street. The end result is that the issue was identified as a block at the main, the township came out to correct that issue ASAP and the closing remained on schedule. Problem resolved successfully! During this time, Steve kept communication open with both me and the buyer's agent.

Steven jones was an amazing help, he was always available to answer any questions I had regarding properties, he worked his schedule around mine for showings and walk through, he was very knowledgeable about each property and made sure he went through every little detail with me.
