We have enlisted Steven's services twice over the past 3.5 years - once as the buyers and then once as the sellers. We were so impressed with him when he helped us purchase our home we did not hesitate to call him again. Trust, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the real estate market are just a few of the things you will get with Steven as your agent. We immediately trusted Steven, and he has not let us down in the 3.5 years since we first met him. Steven is extremely responsive and very respectful of everyone's time. No matter the situation or the actions of others, Steven's professionalism always shines through in every situation, and we repeatedly found ourselves proud (and relieved) that he was our agent. We listed our house just as the market took a downturn this past summer. We were still able to sell during the downturn because Steven was able to use his knowledge of the local market and bring in innovative strategies to get it sold. He did the work, and we are so grateful for Steven and the work he has done for us. We don't make real estate decisions without calling Steven first.
