Steven was an absolute joy to work with through our entire new home purchase journey. We started working with him during our exploratory phase. We knew the general area we wanted to live in but with so many communities to choose from, it seemed a bit overwhelming. Steven listened to our specific needs and and provided us with a manageable list of communities to explore where we ultimately discovered our dream home. As this was new construction, Steven was involved with us and the builder every step of the way throughout the build process and provided us with great consultation during critical decision-making periods, all with the upmost professionalism and responsiveness. I can’t say enough good things about Steven and highly recommend him!
