There are not enough superlatives to use when it comes to Steven! He was of tremendous help during our relocation from Oregon to Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Steven! We were moving from a different state and already working in Florida. The market was crazy so you had to move fast and hope your offer was accepted. Steven remained patient and positive! There were times that he spent all day with us going from one side of Orlando to the next showing us houses, then there were times he met us on a drop of a dime to show a house that just hit the market. He even did video calls when our schedules didn't allow us to meet. He kept telling us that eventually we would find the house of our dreams and we sure did! It all paid off! I never put that much thought into Realtors, but there were occasions when we interacted with other agents with Steven, and by far he was more professional and experienced than others. The moment he earned our trust was when an inspection came back pretty bad. I was curious as to whether or not he would try to talk us into moving forward with the purchase of the house. He knew we were pretty desperate so it would have been easy for him to do. But he was honest and recommended that we not proceed with that particular house. He's a good man and we highly recommend him!

Steven has been phenomenal! I live in Colorado and a year ago he helped me purchase 3 homes in the Orlando, FL area. He is very responsive 24/7 and has scheduled walkthroughs and videotaped them, commenting on if he sees anything wrong so that I have a chance to look at the homes before purchasing. He also has some amazing resources to help with inspections and lending with equally amazing people. Steven is a great agent! We were in a unique situation wanting to purchase an income property in Orlando from our home in Canada. Due to the complications of COVID, travel was not easy, so Steven helped us identify the right neighborhood and took us through a virtual tour of the home we ended up purchasing. Steven Horner provided excellent real estate knowledge and support for the Stoneybrook West home we listed with him in Winter Garden. He did a thorough analysis of the community in assisting to establish the requested list price. We ultimately settled on a slightly higher price as the marketplace was abuzz, and inventory was non-existent. The most difficult aspect of his suggested house preparation for sale was de-cluttering for the photo and video shoot. He's definitely a "minimalist" when it comes to personal items displayed within your home to be marketed. His chosen photo/video and drone vendor was outstanding. They're presentation of our property couldn't have been any better! We had 19 couples visit on the first day of showings, 6 on day two, and 4 on day three. We received four viable offers by the end of the third day - all above our listed price. He presented each offer to us with the pros/cons of the offer(s) and the financing pitfalls. He counseled us on various aspects to consider. He was very efficient in coordinating third-party site visits for inspections, appraisals and surveying. He made the paperwork simple with e-signing documents. He met us at the title company for a smooth closing. He utilized Brokers Title to conduct the closing and they were equally efficient and easy to work with. At the end of our closing he presented us with an apropos gift which was personalized and perfect for the occasion.
