Steve helped my fiancé and I purchase our house. He was dedicated to us as clients and his work. He was very flexible in his schedule which was fabulous because both my fiancé and I work 8:30-5 shifts Mon-Fri. He was sure to always break down pros and cons of each house we visited and gave us his full attention.

Steven helped my husband and I buy our first home after moving from out-of-state. He was recommended to us by our friends and I am so thankful they directed us to him. The process was incredibly smooth and working with Steven was quite fun. Steven consistently demonstrated his knowledge about homes, down to the smallest detail (how many real estate agents can explain how to clean out your water heater?), and he was very upfront, honest, and realistic about the process and what we could expect. If something wasn't right, he told us so. Steven was always available for advice and returned our e-mails and/or calls promptly. He can be very inspiring to the first-time buyer--that there are plenty of things you CAN do yourself, and he has made plenty of resources available to us as we begin our journey as homeowners. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.
