We've sold and bought several properties over the last 15 years, each time being very careful to select a highly recommended real estate agent. We've always been pleased, but Steve Hillier is "off the charts"! Never have we experienced such service,energetic involvement or careful looking out for our best. We can't recommend Steve enough!

We found Steve through Zillow when we first started looking for homes. We clicked the contact button on a home we wanted to see and Steve called us immediately. He was very kind and met us at the property right away. Once Steve got to know us and our situation a little better he was very honest with us and advised us not to jump into something we were not financially ready for (he was right and I am very thankful that he was so straight forward with us). We rented a home for a year then when we were ready to own and begin our search we reached out to him again. Steve is very thorough and honest and truly wants the best for his customers. He took us to over 70 different houses and never once seemed bothered when we weren't interested in them. He stuck with us until we found our home and has continued to keep in touch with us to make sure we are happy even after we have moved in. Steve's energy and personality make searching for a home enjoyable (even when you are beyond stressed and want to pull your hair out). I am very happy that we found Steve and were able to work with him through this process. He is a good man and is great at what he does. I absolutely recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new home.

Amazing! Steve is a consummate professional. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with him and his team. His dedication and drive to help us reach our goals was nothing short of incredible. Steve did an outstanding job in every possible way in helping us buy our home. Prior to viewing any homes, he helped us refine the area that would best fit our budget and needs. Once that was settled, we visited several listings that met our requirements before we finally found the perfect house. Once we were ready to put in an offer, Steve was aggressive on our behalf handling the negotiations; helping to get the price meaningfully reduced and get the sellers to provide additional reimbursements for various things that needed repairs. After the sale was complete, Steve helped us line-up contractors to paint, replace the carpet, install crown molding, and clean-up the yard. The house is gorgeous now and certainly already worth more than we paid for it. Working with Steve was an amazing experience all-around and he helped turn our new house into a home!
