Steven Hauschildt

Steve has done numerous leases for us with great tenants in quick turn around time. His crew of contractors, painters, plumbers, flooring, gardening and cleaners, has made him a “one stop shop.” He has also helped many of our friends and family to buy/sell their homes and also has done leases for us too. Steve is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and great to work with. His crew was also professional and friendly. Also, Steve has helped us with purchases outside the Bay Area. I, like many, only use Steve Hauschildt for our Real Estate needs because we are confident that he can get the job done!

When we decided we wanted to start looking for a home he spent weekends and weekdays showing us every house we wanted to see. When we decided to put in an offer, he ended up knowing the other side and even though we were out bid, the owners picked us to buy their house. He works wonders!
