He was very informative about the market and the sales price for my home. He knew all the subtleties required to complete my transaction. From the start I knew he and his team would be dedicated to honesty and integrity in serving my needs and those of the perspective buyer. While tedious at times, I appreciated his patience, informing me of every step and doing his best to accommodate my busy schedule for showing my home. As the sale of my house became a short sale Steven was equal to the challenge and was more than ready to answer all of my questions. His 30 plus years of experience paid off. He and his team successfully managed the buyers, buyer’s agent and 4 banks with very little involvement on my part. Steven and his staff would drive to my home or meet me out in the field to sign docs required for the sale. He would explain every document to my satisfaction and hand carried docs, utility bills and bank statements to the negotiator. When I was not available he would meet inspectors and appraisers for me at my home. He paid special attention to the needs of my elderly and blind dog. I can’t help but believe that his attention to detail and amazing customer service was the reason we had a successful transaction. In the future I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family giving them the opportunity to hear about the many tools he uses to sell homes quickly with the least hassle to them.
