Steve knew exactly what we were looking for in a lake house. He patiently waited and helped us find the perfect house for our family. We appreciated his knowledge of the market, his very timely communication, and his fun personality. We felt very comfortable asking any and all questions.

We really enjoyed working with Steve. His experience and unique sense of humor really worked for us. I always felt comfortable and informed as the process culminated in our new dream lakehouse.

Steve has a great personality to ease the apprehension of buying a new home. He made sure we always knew what, when and how the process was going. He made great recommendations for us and still does. It was great working with him.

We put Steve through the ringer, looking for properties over almost 3 years. Steve could have thought we were just curious “tire kickers” but he persisted in giving up many Saturdays! It was also helpful that Steve had a knowledge of the different locations laws, bi-laws, restrictions, covenants, requirements, fees....you get the point, all the stuff you don’t focus on when your thinking about where to put a couch. We appreciate his help, expedient responses (much needed in a hot market), and he’s become a friend through the process!

Steve, was very supportive and encouraging. Did not give up on me when I had given up on finding a house. He was very patient, and communicated with me in a timely manner. He was very familiar with the housing market in the surrounding area of where I was looking to buy.

Referred to us though a mutual friend, Steven entered the picture after nearly six long months of grief and aggravation in dealing with Moms estate. We were frustrated and lost in trying to sell the house on our own, and we were quickly assured that things were going to be just fine. Steven lent the level of calm and clear headed direction we needed, as his knowledge and expertise proved to be well worth its weight in gold. He navigated us through any and all issues that arose, and thankfully to his credit I never had to worry about anything. He definitely had things covered, and was always one step ahead the whole time!
