Ive not ever worked with Steven with regard to real estate, however I have had the honor to work with Steven a time or two doing community events. It is easy to find a realtor looking to sell your home, its another thing to work with a realtor who invests in community- THATS CALLED INTEGRITY!
Steve is absolutely amazing at what he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and went far beyond the extra mile to help us sell for asking price and get into our dream home. I highly recommend him. If you want to go look at houses, Steve loves to show houses.
Steve was beyond amazing through this process. I was very apprehensive when I began looking at purchasing a home. I didn't know how or where to begin. When I began working with him, I gave him my ideas of what I was looking for and he was on top of it. Over months, he showed me so many homes. He made the showings work around my schedule. He was so accommodating throughout this process and did not stop until we found something I loved. When I had questions about the homebuying process, he was there immediately to answer. When going through the home I bought, he showed me how to measure and what to look for. He really took his time through the entire process. Even when he was sick (he shouldn't have and didn't have to), he took the time out to answer my calls or texts. He went above and beyond from day 1 and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Steve always has a smile on his face and the most positive outlook and attitude! He is and will be my go to, and I would highly recommend Steve Foster to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Steve was such a pleasure to work with. He listened to our wants and needs and helped us find our forever home. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond with helping us with a quick close on our escrow so we could get moved in quickly. If you are in the market for a new home, we highly recommed Steve. Starr & Karen Bridge
