Helpful, Realistic and Encouraging

Steven was with us through the whole process of selling our older home. He did NOT come in and assess our decor as a previous realtor had done, but he gave us great advice on the few touch-ups he thought would help us sell. He was positive yet realistic throughout. He had a great take on prices in our neighborhood and gave us good advice regarding pricing. When it came down to a final negotiation he held out for the best offer and was ultimately successful. He responded quickly to our calls and questions.
