Hello, we are the McClendon Family. We are still not fully settled but, wanted to make sure everyone knows what a wonderful experience we had with our Realtors, Steven and Edith of Century 21 Realty Master. When it comes to purchasing a home, you should always shop around for an Agent that you would want to represent you in making the right decision for your forever home. In this case, we had Two! Even during this pandemic craziness and having to do mostly everything via phone, Steve and Edith never skipped a beat. We were first time home buyers and they were patient and made the process as enjoyable as can be. They asked us what we were looking for in a home and we told what we thought, we were looking for at the time. Steve and Edith went right to work as soon as we got off the phone. We started receiving emails immediately of listings in the areas we thought we wanted to live in. I say we thought because Steve and Edith opened our eyes to areas that we might not have known about. They made the whole process very personal and easy. They supported us in making the best decisions and told us to not settle on any home that we don’t get that bubbly feeling inside as soon as we walk into it. They even went as far as to educate us how to make stronger bids on a home if we really want it. Once we finally picked and got our offer accepted, they again jumped in and went to work. And when we were struggling with issues during escrow they gave 110% and Edith was on it!!! I can tell you she is not someone you want to mess with…. Ha ha. We finally closed and got our keys 12/28 and not only did we receive our keys but thoughtfully, they even got our kids Christmas presents! In all, we have been recommending Steve and Edith to our friends and family and will continue to do so as long as we can. Steve and Edith we want to say thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. We love you guys and cannot be more happy with the end result!!!

Recently Steve and Edith were the agents for our sale in Riverside. I have to thank them very much as they went above and beyond our expectations. This was the first time I sold a home so I was new to the process. Steve and Edith walked me through the whole process, from serving as our property manager to give our tenant their legal notice to vacate all the way to the very end of the sale and a little more to assure funds had been transferred correctly. As you know the process can be lengthy while dealing with tenants or with a little picky buyers/agent. Steve and Edith did a fantastic job of marketing and bringing in offers. They kept me informed the entire time. While the house was in Escrow, we had a few issues that were out of our control such as water heater issues, shrubs rolling into the property due to the strong winds, etc... Steve had no issue driving out there numerous times, getting his hands dirty and also contacting the right contractor the fix issues we had to help us close. Ultimately, I more than happy with the work they put in to help me sell the house. I will definitely be contacting them for my future real estate needs.
