Steven was fantastic from beginning to end. He was easy going, a go getter and yet smart and astute. When moving in to my new condo he was there every step of the way. Just the kind of guy you want to work with. NOT PUSHY and a good listener. All the skills you want with a real estate agent
Steven is on your side, always ready to answer any questions and returns calls quickly. I have know Steven for many years and have worked with both his mother and him, They are a hard working team and he is easy to work with.
I was the executor/trustee for the estate of the owner who passed away. Therefore it was my responsibility to sell the home as a key component of the estate. Mark was one of two leaders of the Berkshire Hathaway team that represented and sold the home. He was very focused, dedicated and attentive in making the sale extremely quick and successful. The final selling price set a new record for the price per square foot for the entire community where the home is located.
Steven hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
