Steve worked tirelessly to help us through the process from offer to ownership. He was extremely organized, immediately scheduling an inspection and assisting with the remaining details so we could close as soon as possible.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of both Steve and Crystal Condit. I will be using their services again on my next property purchase in the South Florida area and I highly recommend them!

We met Steve and Crystal at an open house...from the moment we met they were engaged and listened to what our goals were. They marketed our home so well, we sold it just 2 days at full asking price!! They went above and beyond to coordinate the sale and also find us a new home to enjoy our future. I would recommend the Condit Team 100%

Steve and Crystal are absolutely the best in the biz! From the moment we met them they put our goals first. They know the market and didn't waste any time showing property that wouldn't fit our needs. They went above and beyond to find our new home and met with contractors to make sure we would be happy with the outcome. I would recommend them 100%
