Communication with Steve was always great. Throughout the entire process he always kept us up to speed. He always answered questions fully and timely. We were very pleased with him.

Steve was wonderful. He is a true professional with excellent knowledge of properties in his area. When my sister was placed in a memory care facility, I had to handle her affairs, keeping in mind that her care was very expensive. I live in Washington and was unfamiliar with real estate in California so I talked to the neighbors about a good salesman. Everyone recommended Steve. Steve tactfully educated me on the 'investor' who tried to take advantage of me and saved me from a possible disaster. He went the extra mile for me and handled certain details that normally are the seller's responsibility. He found buyers with offers and we completed the sale without any hitches. I then went back to Washington and Steve then took care of all the details for me again. Steve made the experience easy. I can't say enough good things about him and I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
