I'm a recent transplant to the Palm Beach area, and Steve's help was absolutely invaluable during the entire relocation process. I met Steve before I was ready to buy, and he took me to a few places in the Palm Beach area, and was very open to educating me about different neighborhoods, and always gave me excellent advice. Steve was open to chatting about my budget and was very willing to stay within my price range at all times. At one point I had to return to my then-current residence in NY, but Steve continued to send me some great listings, and was willing to go view them for me, and sent me pictures and videos of the units that he saw.
