Steven was wonderful! He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a home that truly checked all of our boxes. During the negotiation process, he was a great advocate for us and helped us get to a final offer that felt fair for both the buyer and seller. He goes above and beyond for his clients. For example, he had another client who was moving and offering up a whole bedroom set at no cost. He hired a mover to help get the furniture out as well as hired an electrician to take a look at some electrical concerns after closing and ensured the home was cleaned before we moved in.
