Steve was by far the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with out of all the realty transactions I've dealt with. We were coming back home to Florida after living in Northern Maine for 2 years so buying the house was done remotely from 2000 miles away and he was very accommodating. Very responsive anytime we needed anything. Worked with us to make sure we got all the things done to satisfy our mortgage company. Very knowledgeable about the area. If you're looking for a house or property in northern Florida give him a shout, I definitely recommend them!
