Steven Black

Steven was recommended by a co-worker and close friend. I went to see him for one property and with his recommendation kept my eyes open and we scheduled several showings. I'm glad he took that time and a home I wasn't aware of became the home I chose. He made the process easy and arrange all my appointments. I would highly recommend him for any home buyer especially a new one. I appreciate the time he took at any time of the day to answer questions and make this process easy on the mind. He does a lot of behind-the-scenes work so the buyer can continue their everyday life.

Steven Black is a great realtor who puts his client's best interests first at all times. He has worked with my family to help us find our first home. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and he is always available should you need to contact him. I spent some time trying to work with Steven and unfortunately the experience was not all that great. It didn't go very well, got his voicemail a lot. Maybe he is just busy with other jobs. For us it seemed like we were not a priority. Moving forward we will work with other realtors in the area.
