We couldn’t be happier with our experience with our realtor! He truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process of selling our home and moving to Arizona. Our house was very unique, and we knew finding the right buyer could be challenging. Somehow, he made it happen — our home sold within the first 24 hours of being listed! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and understanding as we prepared the house for sale. He even let us borrow his own bed frame to help get the house ready! What really stood out was his availability and responsiveness. He was always willing to take our calls, even outside of normal business hours, and responded almost immediately to our texts, calls, and emails. No question was too small, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner. He also went the extra mile when it came to marketing our home. He hired an amazing photographer and videographer, which really showcased our unique property and gave us the best possible chance of reaching the right buyer. He also provided recommendations for reliable repair people and other services we needed to get the house ready to sell. Our plans changed more than once as we navigated the logistics of selling our home and moving to Arizona, but he was there with us through every twist and turn. He was patient, flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us reach our goals.
