Steve is a fantastic Realtor. He is easy to work with. He listens to your thoughts and then plans his approach accordingly, but he is also comfortable letting you know if there is a better approach available. Steve is also a skilled negotiator. He talked the builder into including more than $10k in "add ons" on my house at no cost!

Steve had previously helped our son and his wife relocate and find a home. Our son highly recommended him to us. We had never used a buyers agent before and we are very glad we did this time. We were relocating from northwest Oklahoma and weren't able to travel to Moore a lot to find a home. Steve made it possible for us to find a home within a short timeframe. He sent us home info on a webpage and lined up all the homes we were interested in for us to see in one trip. He handled the details and we were able to electronically sign paperwork which saved us numerous trips and time. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to what you say about your wants and needs. We are so very glad he was there for us and highly recommend his services.
