I recently sold a home in Bethesda, MD. The agent was Steve Withrow from the Withrow Group at Compass. The preparation and sale of the home went flawlessly. The property needed inside and outside work, and Steve and his company was able to handle most of it. For the remaining, he was able to recommend excellent tradesmen. The advertisement of the property was professionally prepared and looked very effective. The price recommended by Steve was realistic. During the period of advertisement Steve kept an eye on the home, and let me know what was going on. During the actual process of the sale Steve was very effective and made sure everything went smoothly. The inspection came up with a few items to fix, these were done expeditiously. All the items were in place by settlement. I was a very satisfied Customer and I highly recommend Steve if you have a home to sell or wish to buy.

This is the third transaction I've worked on with Steve (two home purchases and one home sale), and each and every time he has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
