Steve was phenomenal to work with from start to finish! As first time home buyers my wife and I found him to be very friendly, down to earth and low pressure to deal with. He was calm and un-flustered if we needed to view home with our toddler in tow, which was a big plus for us. Steve was very responsive to our questions regarding the process, and the advice he provided was always spot on. His knowledge of the Triad/Triangle market is excellent, with solid working relationships with a variety of relevant parties in the home buying process. He has proven to be a gentleman of excellent moral character. He was very up front if he noticed any potential issues with properties we were viewing. Genuinely looked out for our interests over making fast commission. At no time did it feel like he was trying to push us in a direction or influence our decision making. The entire process went very smoothly thanks to his advice and guidance regarding the timeline, milestones, and reasonable expectations of the home buying process. The few bumps we did encounter, he was quick to respond to and mediate the ones that were within his purview, and gave excellent advise on how to expediently resolve ones that are out of his/our hands, ie. sluggish loan processing, etc. Overall my wife and I would not and will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone, and we will not think twice about retaining his services in the future.
