We had a rental unit at the Icon building in San Diego that we decided to sell. Steve managed the process to get it clean, painted and some repair work done the day after our renters moved out and had it in showing condition that week. We sold at price much higher than we thought we could get and Steve made the whole thing as easy. He was very honest, worked hard and did his research on the area and market.

Steve was amazing. Hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with. I live in Boston and needed to sell my mother's home in San Diego.
