I first met Steve Trayer during my search for a vacant parcel of land in the San Bernardino Mountains of California for the purpose of new residential construction. Because I wanted to construct a manufactured home with a 2-car garage I needed a level parcel of land which is very hard to find since most of the lots that were available for sale were sloped lots and/or did not have all utilities available to the site. Steve researched and sent me listing information for a little over 50 properties that were located in Running Springs and the surrounding areas of Lake Arrowhead, Arrowbear Lake, and Green Valley Lake. Eventually, I purchased a property in Running Springs and Steve was my agent for the transaction. In terms of communication, it was very easy to communicate with Steve by phone and by email. When I called him he almost always answered the phone and when he didn’t answer, he always returned my calls and my emails in a timely manner. In conclusion, I just want to say that Steve is a hardworking, competent, and knowledgeable real estate professional and that I was very happy with his services as a real estate broker.

Steve was easy to work with and helped us sell our home. We sold during the pandemic so most things were done electronically which was convenient. Steve always communicated with us and had weekly email that told us how many people were interested in our home. We were very pleased with Steve and his knowledge of sales in our area.
We listed our home the end of February then 3 weeks later everything shut down because of covid. Steven kept us updated during the shutdown. When we could start showing again he let us know what the restrictions were. We highly recommend him.
