Selling a house can be stressful and Steve was my realtor when I was going through a divorce and needed to sell my house quickly so the the process should have been even more stressful but Steve made it surprisingly easy. He had to work with both me and my wife separately and I was impressed with how he handled that. He Suggested we put our house on the market for a significantly higher price than what we were asking and we had several offers within the first day. Within a week our house was sold. Steve's communication through each step of the process was very impressive and there were times that he even had to communicate between myself, my ex-wife, and the other parties involved but Steve was able to navigate that with ease. He took a difficult situation and made it seem easy and even enjoyable. I would use Steve again without question.
