Working with Steve was a great experience. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process of selling and buying our new home. Our home was listed and then had offers the same day. Would highly recommend Steve and his team. They definitely worked hard for us!

Steve made himself available to us when it was most convenient for us. He worked with our difficult schedule. He also kept an open line of communication through out the process. He is strongly recommended.

We were very lucky to have him as a realtor. He worked with our schedule , which wasn't always easy. He showed us several homes in several different areas, until we found the perfect home , exactly where we wanted to be.

I did a little research online before buying my first home and I knew that I wanted a solid local realtor to represent our interests; AKA a Buyers’ Agent. You want to find someone with experience, but not someone who is SO busy they can’t spend time working with and for you.. This is a fine balance. Don’t try someone brand new, as they likely won’t have the experience yet to represent you effectively and don’t find one of the MOST successful agents, as they will likely be TOO busy to dedicate much time to your needs, especially if they have many bigger deals brewing. I chose to make an appt with a solid local guy who was also a Military Veteran, Steve Thompson of ReMax of Anderson. No one is perfect, and there were a couple of small errors in communication and timing, but I never felt that Steve wasn’t giving me his attention, and if you knew how bad my first experience with a local Mortgage Company was, you would know how important that was to me. Ultimately, Steve was thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us get the home we wanted even after some difficulties arose due to the VA Appraisal. I would recommend him without any reservation.
